These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of amoreflower.com and any purchase from Amore Flowers (“Amore Flowers,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Products & Floral Substitutions

 


All arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos due to the natural characteristics of fresh flowers, seasonal availability, and daily market conditions.

 

  • We may make minor substitutions (flower variety, color shade, or container) to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style and color palette.

  • If you require no substitutions, you must note this at checkout and/or contact us before production begins. In such cases, delivery timing may be affected.

 

 


 

 

2) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

 

 

  • Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Promotions, discount codes, and offers may have restrictions and expiration dates and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel/refund orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

 

 


 

 

3) Order Acceptance & Changes

 


Your order is considered accepted when you receive an order confirmation.


Order Changes

To change delivery details (address, card message, recipient phone), contact us as soon as possible at (513) 306-6064.

 

  • Changes are typically possible before the order leaves the studio.

  • Once the order is in production or out for delivery, changes may be limited and may require an additional fee.

 

 


 

 

4) Delivery Policy (Summary)

 


Delivery details are provided on our Delivery Info page. Key points include:

 

  • Same-day delivery is generally available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time, subject to capacity and destination.

  • Delivery timing is provided as a delivery window, not an exact guaranteed time, unless explicitly confirmed by us in writing.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including gate codes, apartment/unit numbers, and a reachable phone number.

 

 


 

 

5) Delivery Attempts, Safe Drop & Recipient Unavailability

 


If a recipient is unavailable or access is blocked (incorrect address, missing unit, locked gate, business closed), we may:

 

  • attempt to contact the recipient and/or sender,

  • leave the order in a safe location when reasonable and permitted (e.g., with a concierge/reception desk),

  • return the order to our studio to protect freshness.

 


Redelivery may require an additional fee. If an order is left in a safe place per instructions or local practice, delivery is considered completed.

 


 

 

6) Cancellations & Refunds

 


Flowers are perishable and most items are custom-prepared. Therefore:

 

  • Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if production has not started and the order has not been dispatched.

  • If the arrangement has been designed, prepared, or sent for delivery, cancellation/refund eligibility may be limited.

 


If we cannot fulfill an order for any reason (capacity, supply issues, address validation problems), we may cancel and refund at our discretion.


Refund Timing: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Posting time depends on your bank/payment provider.

 


 

 

7) Quality Concerns & Claims Window

 


If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly.


To help us resolve problems fairly:

 

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for freshness/quality concerns.

  • Provide clear photos of the arrangement and packaging when possible.

 


We may offer a remake, partial credit, or other resolution depending on the situation, product type, and evidence provided.

 


 

 

8) Card Messages & Customer Content

 


You are responsible for the content of card messages or instructions you submit. We reserve the right to refuse content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

 


 

 

9) Special Dates & High-Demand Periods

 


On peak floral holidays (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and similar dates), inventory and delivery capacity can be constrained.

 

  • Cutoff times may be earlier.

  • Specific timed deliveries may not be available.

  • Substitutions may be more common due to market sellouts.

 

 


 

 

10) Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

 


To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may request additional verification (e.g., matching billing details) or decline suspicious orders. If an order is declined, any authorized charges will be voided or refunded.

 


 

 

11) Website Use & Intellectual Property

 


All content on this website (text, photos, branding, logos, layout) is owned by Amore Flowers or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.


You agree not to:

 

  • misuse the website,

  • attempt unauthorized access,

  • interfere with site performance or security,

  • use automated tools to scrape or disrupt services.

 

 


 

 

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

 


We provide the website and services “as is” and “as available.” Fresh flower longevity varies by environment, handling, and recipient care. We do not guarantee a specific vase life.

 


 

 

13) Limitation of Liability

 


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

  • Amore Flowers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

 


Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to you.

 


 

 

14) Privacy

 


Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (posted separately). By placing an order, you consent to our collection and use of information as described there.

 


 

 

15) Governing Law

 


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in or serving Hamilton County, Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.
